Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
- Requests must be made within 15 days of receiving your order
- Products must have at least 90% of the fragrance remaining
- Items must be in original packaging and in good condition
- You must contact us before sending any item back
Return & Exchange Conditions
- Products may be opened and tested, but returns are only accepted if the fragrance is almost full and the packaging is still in good condition
- Tester bottles, tester packs, customized or engraved orders, specially filled bottles, and bundle offers cannot be returned or exchanged
- * Clearance or discounted items are not eligible unless they arrive faulty
7‑Day Cancellation Right (Unopened Products – Pakistan Only) You may cancel your order within 7 days of receiving it if the product is completely unopened, unused, and sealed.
Wrong, Faulty, or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours and provide:
- Clear photos or videos of the product
- Photos of the outer and inner packaging
Once verified, we will offer:
- A replacement, or
- A full refund including standard shipping charges
Return Shipping Costs
- Customers cover return shipping costs
- If the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we cover all shipping costs
Processing Time
- Returns and exchanges: 3–5 working days after we receive and check the product
- * Refunds: 7–10 working days to the original payment method

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. After dispatch, the standard return policy applies.
